Products will be sent to the delivery address that the buyer indicated during the order process.
In case of absence during a delivery, at the address indicated by the client, a notice will be deposited in the mailbox, which will allow the client to remove the parcel to his post office during the opening hours, within 10 days.
The client is aware of the transport fees during the process of order when he/she consults the shopping basket. Transport fees indicated include all taxes.
After the validation of the order by the client, this one will be informed by email that his/her order is taken into account. The client will then receive another email from our transport company, which confirms the shipment of the order with a tracking number. This number will allow the client to get informed of the shipment in going into the transport company website.
The expedition period is indicated in working days.
These days are in average and correspond with treatment and preparation period. They start from the order validation.
At this period, transport period must be added.
The exceed of this deadline can lead to the cancellation of the order as henceforth the order has not leave our office. For that, the client can fill the contact form on our website.
For an order with several products, the expedition period is based on the longest period.
Except special event, every article is sent under 48 to 72 hours.
Except particular condition, products will be delivered in our transport company period, which is 48h in France (Colissimo).
This period is an average, it differs from a country to another and do not include public holiday or week-end.
Each delivery is considered as done as soon as the order is giving at the transport company.
Reservations and Claims
It belongs to the client to check the expedition at the reception and to claim directly to the transport company if needed and justified or to refuse the parcel if this one seems to had been opened or really damaged. The claims must be sent to the transport company by a registered letter within 3 days after the delivery. A copy will be sent to CHO Nature.
In case of defectiveness of the products, the client will use the procedures outlined in articles 6, 7 and 8 in the Term of Use.
